Missions is an important part of church life. Missionaries are endorsed, commissioned, sent out from a local church and supported for their work in the Lord in answer to His Great Commisson in Matthew 28:19-20 where Jesus said, "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost; Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I Am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen". We at OBBC are an Independent Fundamental Baptist Church and therefore we choose our own missionaries. Some are supported because of their specific work, others were trained up, called, and sent out from our church. All are our family and we hold them close to us in prayer and financial support. Below is some short bios of our extended family.

Marga Maaser

Marge has been a member of the OBBC and has gone out to Navajo land and serves in New Mexico under UIM, International. Visit their web site at http://www.uim.org/

Rick Kirschman

Rick is the director of TELA, a ministry of SEND International. Since 1993, TELA's purpose has been to proclaim the gospel to Russia’s youth and train them as disciples of Christ. TELA consists of both a Russian national staff and SEND missionaries who work together in, and with the local churches. House Undivided Ministries

Dr. Rev. Richard Sparling is the founder and Director of House Undivided, F.A.I.T.H. Counseling Ministires, Inc., with headquarters in Vineland, NJ The ministry provides a preaching-teaching ministry with emphasis on living the successful Christian life.
Dr. Sparling is a graduate of Northeastern Bible Institute (Dip), Northeastern Bible College (BRE), Montclair State College (M.A.) and Cambridge Graduate School (D. Min.). His degrees are in Bible and counseling.
Dr. Sparling was a member of our church in his youth. He has authored a Mini Text for Biblical Counseling, And Suddenly...Alone, and The Teen Ways. He was also a professor at Philadelphia College of Bible.
